THE SHAREWARE PAYMENT PROCESS
If you enjoy our products, then please pay the shareware fees ... or show your appreciation for our "donationware" products by making (naturally) a donation.
The shareware payment process is as follows:

Download the products that interest you.
(See our Educational, Recreational, and Widgetational offerings.) -
Use the products to see how you like them.

Purchase the products you enjoy.
(See the available Payment Options.) -
Receive (directly from DL&DS, or through an on-line vendor) an emailed acknowledgment, along with instructions (if necessary) for "activating" the product and unlocking all of its features. (Allow up to two days for activation instructions to arrive.)
IMPORTANT
No refunds, please. Because you have an opportunity to try our software before you buy it,
only credit card fraud or other similarly grave misfortune should warrant a return of payment.
If you absolutely must request a refund, then please do so directly through us,
whenever possible; processing refunds through an on-line vendor costs us a ridiculous amount of money.
